Did a tornado hit?

I think I understand why Riggs' original owners named him tornado.  Even though we leave Riggs with a few toys when we leave for work he is obviously getting bored.  He has decided it would be lots of fun to tear his pee pad into a million pieces.  Luckily he is not eating it but is having loads of fun shredding the thing.  When we get home it looks like a tornado hit in his area.  There are pee pad pieces all over the place.
